PENGUINS SUITE TICKET GIVEAWAY RULES
Do you want you to take three of your friends, family, coworkers, mailmen, WHOEVER YOU WANT, to the Pittsburgh Penguins vs. the St. Louis Blues game on December 3, 2022? Register your attendance at the event to for a chance to win.
No purchase is necessary to participate. The “Submission Period” is between 3:45 p.m. and 4:15 p.m. at the Drum & Roll live event. The “Participant” is a person who registers their attendance at the live event during the Submission Period. The “Winner” is the person who is randomly selected to win a Prize. The “Prize” refers to four (4) tickets to the Trib Total Media Suite for the Pittsburgh Penguins’ December 3, 2022, home game against the St. Louis Blues at PPG Paints Arena. Three (3) Penguins Suite Ticket Prizes will be awarded at the Drum & Roll live event. Each one of the three (3) Winners will receive four (4) tickets.
All employees, officers, directors, and volunteers of the FSHD Society are eligible to participate and win a Prize. All employees, officers, directors, and managers of Trib Total Media, Inc. are also eligible to participate and win a Prize.
Participants who register their attendance at the event will be entered into a drawing to win a Prize. The Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and announced during the Drum & Roll live event. All entries must be submitted during the Submission Period.
The Winners will be announced during the Drum & Roll event after the Submission Period has ended. If the Winner is not present, their Prize will be forfeited, and another Winner will be selected.
Winners will be required to provide their e-mail address so that the tickets can be e-mailed to them. The tickets will be e-mailed to the Winners not later than one week before the game. If the Winner is under the age of 18 years, the Prize will be awarded to the Winner’s parent or legal guardian.
The Suite will be shared with other Winners in Trib Total Media, Inc.’s 12-person Suite.
Winners are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any tax liabilities associated with the acceptance of their Prize, if applicable.
The FSHD Society reserves the right to modify or amend these Rules at any time without notice.
DJEMBE DRUM GIVEAWAY RULES
No purchase is necessary to participate. The “Fundraising Period” is between 12:00 a.m. on August 1, 2022, and 4:15 p.m. on November 5, 2022. The “Fundraising Website is
https://team.fshdsociety.org/drumandroll/. The “Participant” is a person who donates or fundraises
$100 or more during the Fundraising Period through the Fundraising Website and registers their attendance at the live event. The “Winner” is the person who is randomly selected to win a Prize. The “Prize” refers to an authentic djembe drum from Guinea, West Africa.
To win the Prize, a Participant must dust donate or fundraise $100 or more during the Fundraising Period, using the https://team.fshdsociety.org/drumandroll/ Fundraising Website, and register their attendance at live event. Participants whose donations or fundraising is not reflected on the Fundraising Website are not eligible to win the Prize.

The Winners will be announced during the Drum & Roll event after the Fundraising Period has ended. If the Winner is not present, their Prize will be forfeited, and another Winner will be selected.
The Prize is awarded as-is. The Prize will be delivered to the winner at the live event. If the Winner is under the age of 18 years, the Prize will be awarded to the Winner’s parent or legal guardian.
By participating (including without limitation claiming any prize), all Participants acknowledge compliance with and agree to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of the FSHD Society, which are binding in all respects.
